Why choose Body Ballancer®?
Because it’s the best
There are so many reasons to choose the Body Ballancer® over any other lymphatic drainage machines on the market today. Here are just a few of them.
Designed and manufactured by experts
The manufacturer of the Ballancer® range of products, Mego Afek (MA) has been in the business of developing and producing compression therapy devices for nearly 40 years; It is the only thing they make; it is the only thing they think about; all their time is spent on improving and innovating these systems.
The Ballancer® range of products use exactly the same technology as their medical devices which are recognised as the global leader in compression therapy and clinically proven to remove excess fluid and toxins from the body.
All MA devices are FDA cleared for medical and aesthetic use and whilst this is not a requirement to use in the UK it is recognised as a global benchmark when risk-assessing aesthetic devices.
Why do hundreds of luxury spas and high-end clinics trust Body Ballancer®?
We are recognised as the global leader in lymphatic drainage suits that are clinically proven to improve lymphatic system function.
As befits products that are designed for long-term, constant use in hospitals and clinics, all MA devices are designed to be robust and durable designed to last for a minimum of ten years without service intervention.
All Ballancer® garments conform to NHS infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols, as they have no fabric – easy to soil and difficult to clean, or metal which can rust or tarnish. They can be opened fully and simply cleaned with antiseptic/antibacterial wipes after each use.
Why should I buy a Body Ballancer® for home use?
Buying your own lymphatic drainage machine is a big investment, so here are the key reasons to trust the Body Ballancer.
The Ballancer® device weighs in at only 7.5kg with the pants at 6kg. This means that it can be easily transported from room to room or location to location.
Through dedicated PR and marketing, the Body Ballancer® brand is well-recognised in the UK market for its quality and results. It has featured in most of the tier 1 publications including Vogue, Tatler, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Grazia, OK, Hello!, In Style, Woman and Home, Town and Country, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail and many more.
The Body Ballancer® has a well-known celebrity following that includes Jennifer Aniston, Paris Hilton, Chrissy Teigen, Lady Gaga and Zac Efron in the US (who all have their own systems) and is loved by UK celebrities including Lisa Snowdon, Melanie Chisholm, Zoe Ball, Frankie Bridge, Sophie Habboo, Jodie Kidd, Dame Kelly Holmes, Calum Best, Karen Hauer, Amy Dowling and Liz Earle.
Lymphatic drainage machines to AVOID
Before you invest in any other lymphatic drainage machine, please read the following and avoid making a costly – and potentially harmful – choice.
Systems that exceed pressures of 80mm Hg – a lymphatic drainage machine should never go beyond your diastolic blood pressure for proper lymphatic stimulation and to avoid undue pressure on the cardio-vascular system.
Those that do not cover from your feet to sternum in one single garment. ‘Suits’ made up of multiple sleeves provide breaks in the compression where fluid can build up, potentially causing issues such as fibrosis.
In other words, machines that feel like lymphatic massage suits that apply pressure unevenly and/or simultaneously to the entire body – this is NOT lymphatic drainage massage and is dangerous, with the possibility of severe pain and problems with fluid movement.
Systems with fewer than 24 total chambers in the lower or upper body suit – this causes interruptions in the upward movement of lymph fluids (due to the larger chambers used) which can cause lymph fluid to flow in the wrong direction.
