Customer spotlight – Alex Simms

Alex originally invested in the Body Ballancer in December 2019 for her own personal use, following a breast cancer diagnosis back in 2017.  She had several lymph nodes removed as part of her treatment and was introduced to the importance of maintaining a healthy functioning lymphatic system, to avoid contracting lymphedema.  As a long-time, passionate advocate of the benefits of alternative and holistic therapies, she researched the market for suitable treatments and was delighted to discover the Body Ballancer.

Right from the outset, Alex felt that there was an opportunity to turn her Body Ballancer from a purely personal home treatment into a viable business, bringing the benefits of good lymphatic health to others, and in August 2021 Alex finally made the big change, leaving her job as an events co-ordinator to dedicate herself to her new venture.

I have been using the Body Ballancer for 7 weeks to help with my lymphatic drainage system. Upon meeting Alex for the first time, I was immediately drawn to her warmth and amazing personality! She straight away put me at ease and helped me understand how the Ballancer would aid in my recovery after surgery. Alex now enjoys running her own successful business, promoting the huge benefits of strong lymphatic health from the comfort of her luxurious garden studio.  Here she invites clients to fully relax and enjoy the heavenly Body Ballancer treatment, enveloped in the divine scents of Neom Organics essential oils.  The cosy vibe offers the perfect environment for meditation and reflection.  Clients often describe Alex as their own personal life coach as she offers help and gentle advice during the treatment.  Talking is, of course, optional!

An LED mask can also be added to the treatment for extra pampering.

Alex continues to add to her offering, with a new collaboration with @_thefacialist in the pipeline, meaning clients can enjoy lymphatic drainage facials and medical grade peels whilst detoxing their body at the same time.

She is also training in energy healing and NLP to formally gain her coaching qualification and further support her beloved clients.
